Todd Anderson

Todd established the firm in January 2010 upon his graduation from Oklahoma City University Law School. Todd has developed a practice focused on the issues of clients in rural communities.

Todd is a National Rifle Association Instructor and Utah Certified Firearms Instructor.

Todd is the proud father of four children.

Denton Peterson

Denton graduated from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2017.

Denton works out of our Delta office and practices in a variety of legal areas. Good client communication and satisfaction are his top priorities.

Denton is fluent in Spanish. He is married, has two children, and enjoys being outdoors.

Jessica Anderson

Jessica graduated from the Oklahoma City University Law School in 2010. She regularly works with clients in estate planning and domestic matters.

Jessica enjoys raising her four children.

Joshua Nielsen

Joshua heads up the firm's Santaquin Office, handling matters in many practice areas. Joshua is also a court-rostered mediator for all cases, including domestic/divorce cases.

Joshua graduated Magna Cum Laude from the UNLV Law School and Business School with JD and MBA degrees.

Joshua loves rough-housing with his four children.
